Auto-forwarding of emails in Active Directory

Auto forwarding is set on a user account when he/she leaves the company so that the mails that come to their account will be Auto forwarded to their manager.

Follow the below mentioned steps to set up Auto forwarding.

1)      Click on “Exchange General” tab.
2)      Click on “Delivery options” tab.
3)      In the Delivery options window, click on “Forward to” and on Modify.4)      Type the network username of the manager and click on OK.
5)      Click on Apply and OK.
6)      You can also provide “Send on behalf of” permissions in the same Delivery options tab.
